IX International Conference “Oil and fat branch: technology and the market”
1-2 June 2016 year V m. Kyiv in the "Bratislava" hotel in the "Congress" conference hall took place IX International Conference “Oil and fat branch: technology and the market”. The conference was organized by an information agency “Expert-Agro” with the support of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, associations “Ukroliyaprom”, of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences.
U focus of the conference – question, related to the effective functioning of the oil and fat industry in conditions of a deep economic crisis, namely, the introduction of advanced technologies, that contribute to increasing profitability and minimizing losses in the production process, improving the quality of finished products to expand sales markets in European countries, modern methods of quality control at all stages of the technological process.
Target audience: specialists of enterprises of the oil and fat industry and related branches of the food industry,
trading companies, employees of scientific research institutes and educational institutes of food fields, suppliers of food ingredients, dyes and additives, manufacturers of equipment and packaging for the oil and fat industry, bodies of standardization and metrology. Traditionally, the target audience of the conference was represented closely 50% specialists of the processing sector, 35% – suppliers of technological equipment and, 10% and more – suppliers of equipment for production laboratories.
in addition, this year, the Odesa National Academy of Food Technology was represented at the conference by two graduate students
department of milk technology, fats and perfumery and cosmetic products Olga Oleksandrivna Kurenkova and Makovska Tetyana Valentynivna. Olga Oleksandrivna Kurenkova delivered a report on the topic: “Optimizing recipes of spreads with a balanced fatty acid composition”, and Tetyana Valentynivna Makovska – “Low-calorie mayonnaise technology, enriched with complexes of synbiotics”.
ADDITIONALLY, CONFERENCES were presented in the program:
– specialized exposition "Resources of the oil and fat industry" – an event to expand information, advertising and communication opportunities;
– DEMO hall "Laboratory equipment of the enterprise" – an event to visualize and increase the informativeness of the advertising campaign.
