10 June 2016 year seminar was held “Innovative solutions and modern technologies in the dairy industry”, which he was the organizer of Professor of the Department of Milk Technology, fats and perfumery and cosmetic products Chagarovsky Oleksandr Petrovych LLC "Hr.Hansen Ukraine".

The seminar program included the following presentations:

• "Modern organization of procurement and delivery of milk to processing enterprises" (Reporter: Dundal O.);
• The most effective solutions for protection against spoilage of fermented milk products, rennet cheese, cheese products, butter during long-term storage, even in case of improper transportation conditions, trade (technology of milk maturation with cultures, lysozyme Afilact, culture series FreshQ, cultures BS-10, 20, 30) (Reporter: Polishchuk V.M. At the end of the seminar, the participants received certificates and an outing on a boat along the Black Sea coast was organized for all those interested.
