Head of the graduation department "Milk technologies, oil and fat products and the beauty industry" – Ph.D. technical. of science, docent Dmytro Mykhailovych Skrypnichenko. He headed the department from 01 February 2023 year.

U 2009 Dmytro Mykhailovych Skrypnichenko graduated from the Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies with a master's degree with honors in the specialty "Storage Technology, canning and processing of milk".

WITH 2009 by 2010 p. - worked as a foreman of the cheese production department at the Bilotserkiv dairy plant – the most modern enterprise of Ukraine.

IN 2011 In 2006, he entered postgraduate studies at the department of milk technology and food drying and worked at the same department as an assistant.

WITH 2013 and is still a member of the Academic Council of Odessa National Technological University and a member of the Rectorate of ONTU.

IN 2016 In 2015, he defended his candidate's thesis at the specialized Academic Council of the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine, m. Odesa (scientific supervisor prof., d.t.s., Tkachenko N.A.). In February 2017 p. Skrypnichenko D.M. was awarded the scientific degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in the specialty "Meat Technology, dairy products and hydrobiont products".

WITH 2017 Skrypnichenko D.M. elected to the position of senior lecturer of the department of milk technology, fats and perfumery and cosmetic products.

IN 2018 Dmytro Mykhailovych was elected to the position of associate professor of the Department of Dairy Technology, oil and fat products and cosmetics.

IN 2019 year - Skrypnichenko D.M. awarded the academic title of associate professor.

IN 2022 received a second higher education at the National University of Bioresources and Nature Management of Ukraine in the specialty 204 – “Technology of production and processing of animal husbandry products”.

Dmytro Mykhailovych Skrypnichenko conducts all types of training at a high scientific and methodical level. Takes an active part in the methodical work of the department and the university. Conducts lectures, laboratory and practical classes in the following disciplines: "Technologies of food production", sections: "Technologies of milk and dairy products", "Technologies of fats and fat substitutes", "Technology of dairy and milk-containing products", "Standardization, metrology and certification", "Standardization, accounting and reporting in the production and processing of livestock products", “Genotypes of mammals in the formation of milk quality”, “Basics of professional activity in animal husbandry”, "Veterinary sanitary and technological examination of meat and dairy products", conducts practice management, research work, course and diploma projects.

D.M. Skrypnichenko systematically participates in the work of scientific and scientific-methodological conferences of university teachers, successfully cooperates with students and conducts curatorial work.

Dmytro Mykhailovych is engaged in scientific research on the development of innovative technologies of dairy products, namely, the development of technologies for dairy protein products. Is the author 92 publications, of them 68 scientific and 24 of an educational and methodological nature, including 13 scientific works published in domestic and international peer-reviewed professional publications. A study guide was published in co-authorship: "Technological aspects of production of cosmetic emulsions and creams". He is the author of several patents.

Skrypnichenko D.M. is constantly engaged in self-education, works on improving pedagogical skills, well versed in effective methods and techniques of teaching and educating students.

Member of the organizing committee of the 1st stage of the All-Ukrainian Olympiad in disciplines, fields of knowledge and specialties at ONAKHT.

He is the head of the permanent student research group "Quality livestock products - a rich country and a well-fed family".

Skrypnichenko D.M. is a member of the competitive and scholarship commission of the university.

WITH 2020 p. - is a member of the Presidium of the Odesa Regional Committee of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of Ukraine, deputy head of the Higher School Section of the Odesa Regional Organization of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of Ukraine.

In 2021. – Skrypnichenko D.M. became a laureate of the Prize of the Odesa Regional Organization of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of Ukraine to a young scientist.
