28 April 2021 2018, within the framework of the 81st Annual Conference of ONAKHT teachers, a round table was held by the Department of Milk Technology, oil and fat products and the beauty industry.

A combination of reports traditional for scientists of the department on the development of new dairy products with reports, which relate to new directions, created thanks to the opening of a new specialty – 204 “Production and processing technologies of animal husbandry products” – aroused great interest and lively discussion!!!!

The teachers of the department are expanding the scope of their influence in scientific research!!!

They study the genotypes of mammals and their influence on the composition and quality of milk, study the influence of feeding rations of dairy cows on the chemical composition of milk, learn technologies in beekeeping!!!

24 September 2020 a round table was held, organized by the Department of Milk Technology, oil and fat products and the beauty industry.

The attendees got acquainted with reports on the production of new types of combined milk drinks and ice cream, which students develop, graduate students and teachers of the department.
