Department of milk technology, oil and fat products and the beauty industry

20 May 2015 year was held in the hall of the main A building of the academy charity event “Slavic fair”, which was dedicated to the Week of the Faculty of Technology and Expertise of Food Products and Perfumery and Cosmetic Products. Teachers of the department of milk technology, fats and perfumery-cometic agents, as well as students 1-3 courses actively participated in this event. Each group of students prepared very tasty dishes and food products. Students 1 during the course, various confectionery products were prepared: dough, cookies, bagels, cakes and more. The students of the meat and seafood technology department presented sandwiches with sausage, meat delicacies and fish preserves, which they prepared themselves in the laboratories of the department. Students 2 and 3 course (TM-24 and TM-33) department of milk technology, fats and perfumery and cosmetic products, healthy yogurts with natural fruit fillers were prepared in the laboratories of the department (peach, strawberry, currant, plum, apricot, raspberry, blueberries, etc.), as well as very tasty milkshakes based on ice cream and fruit. All those interested had the opportunity to enjoy the food products of the students. In addition to delicious dishes, the audience was entertained by the student ensemble with songs and dances. In general, the event was a great success and enthusiasm! Thank you to all the participants and organizers for the great mood!

16 May on Saturday 10⁰⁰ year. another one took place in the walls of the Odessa National Academy Open day. All faculties and specialties of the academy were presented at the event. Each applicant had the opportunity not only to listen to the presentations of the faculties, and also to communicate with its representatives.

22 April 2015 year assistant of the department of milk technology, fats and perfumery and cosmetic products – assistant Olga Oleksandrivna Kurenkova and head. by the laboratory of the Department of Combined Feed and Biofuel Technology Oleksandr Hryhorovych Tsyundyk took part in career guidance event – shares “A graduate”, which took place in the assembly hall of school No. 2 of the village. Lyubashivka of Odesa Region and was organized by the Lyubashivka District Employment Center.

They were invited to the event 5 educational institutions, namely the Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies, Odessa State Agrarian University, Odesa State Academy of Construction and Architecture, Odesa National Academy of Communication named after. O.S. Popov and Uman National University of Horticulture. Schoolchildren came to this event 9-11 classes of city and some district schools (everything is close 200 man).

Each representative of the educational institution showed videos and presentations, familiarized the schoolchildren with the rules of admission 2015 year, faculties and specialties. After that, each applicant had the opportunity to learn all the questions in more detail, which are of interest, after talking with representatives of higher education institutions.

2 April another one took place in the walls of the Odessa National Academy Job fair. The event began with presentations of companies and enterprises in conference hall B-210 12 year.
