Charity action “Slavic fair”

420 May 2015 year was held in the hall of the main A building of the academy charity event “Slavic fair”, which was dedicated to the Week of the Faculty of Technology and Expertise of Food Products and Perfumery and Cosmetic Products. 2Teachers of the department of milk technology, fats and perfumery-cometic agents, as well as students 1-3 courses actively participated in this event. Each group of students prepared very tasty dishes and food products. Students 1 during the course, various confectionery products were prepared: dough, cookies, bagels, cakes and more. 1The students of the meat and seafood technology department presented sandwiches with sausage, meat delicacies and fish preserves, which they prepared themselves in the laboratories of the department. 5Students 2 and 3 course (TM-24 and TM-33) department of milk technology, fats and perfumery and cosmetic products, healthy yogurts with natural fruit fillers were prepared in the laboratories of the department (peach, strawberry, currant, plum, apricot, raspberry, blueberries, etc.), as well as very tasty milkshakes based on ice cream and fruit. 3All those interested had the opportunity to enjoy the food products of the students. In addition to delicious dishes, the audience was entertained by the student ensemble with songs and dances. In general, the event was a great success and enthusiasm!
