Department of milk technology, oil and fat products and the beauty industry

4 October 2015 year passed in ONAKHT traditional tourist crossing along the "Health" route. Organized by the Department of Physical Education, the event was so interested and loved by the students, which became annual, and this time it was dedicated to the Day of Education Workers. Students of the first and second years of ONAKHT with their curators became the participants of the tourist crossing along the seashore with the end point at the beach "Chkalovsky". The march was held under the motto "Give up the cigarette – go hiking", during which participants gladly exchanged cigarettes for candy as a symbol of transition to a healthier lifestyle.

The tourist trip continued on the beach "Chkalovskyi" with a competition and entertainment program, which included a competition of "mottoes" between students of eleven faculties of ONAKHT, sports competitions and relays, tug of war, swimming of "walruses" and demonstration performances. The competitive part of the event ended with a congratulatory speech by the deans of the faculties and the vice-rector for educational work, O.M. Kananikhina., the awarding of winners in all categories and the presentation of sweet prizes. The event was facilitated by very good sunny weather, therefore, a cheerful positive mood accompanied all those present. Thank you to all students, teachers and guests for active participation!

22 September 2015 In 2018, the defense of students' technological practice reports took place 4 course of the TM-43 group at the department of milk technology, fats and perfumery and cosmetic products. Students prepared presentations of enterprises, on which they practiced.

The following dairy enterprises were presented: Ltd “Hormolzavod No. 1” m. Odessa, "INTER FOOD" Tulchyn branch in. Tulchyn, Vinnytsia region., PJSC "Kremenchutsk City Milk Plant" in. Kremenchuk, Poltava region. (TM “Danone”), ROAD “Danon-Dnipro” m. Kherson (TM “Danone”), ROAD “Zvenigorod Cheese Factory” (TM “Zveni Gora”) etc.

Students, studying in the field of "Food technology and engineering", after 1 of the course, familiarization practice is conducted at food enterprises in the city of. Odessa and Odesa region.

Contracts have been concluded with most of the enterprises of the industry for practical training. To pass introductory field trips to leading enterprises of the food industry are organized.

WITH 29 June to 19 July students of groups TM-13A and TM-13B of the faculty of THPPCZEtaT under the guidance of Associate Professor Sevastyanova O.V. and assistant Kotlyar E.O. Departments of TMZhIPKZ conducted familiarization practice at the enterprises of the city of Odesa according to the plan 2014-2015 n.r..

First-year students visited various food enterprises, even those, that are not related to their specialization. For example, they learned a lot of interesting things, after visiting the Odesa champagne wine factory. Thanks to interesting, educational story of the chief technologist O.V. Galich, they received information not only about the plant, production technology, but also about the history of this famous enterprise, connected with Odessa.

At the end of the tour, a tasting was organized at the Odesa Champagne Wine Factory.

Excursions to the Odesa oil and fat plant were also very informative (TM “Sunny Valley”), where students had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the technology of the production of fatty products, namely mayonnaise.

At the Garmash meat processing plant, students got acquainted with the processing of meat and meat products.

Ltd “GORMOLAZAVOD No. 1” surprised the students so, that in the report on familiarization practice they described it: "This enterprise is not like a small barbie house".

Introductory practice helped first-year students consolidate theoretical knowledge, which they received during the year at ONAKHT, and make sure with my own eyes, how theory is translated into practice, what to pay more attention to in further training.
