First-year students visited various food enterprises, even those, that are not related to their specialization. For example, they learned a lot of interesting things, after visiting the Odesa champagne wine factory. ttIpSrYJtQ8Thanks to interesting, educational story of the chief technologist O.V. Galich, they received information not only about the plant, production technology, but also about the history of this famous enterprise, connected with Odessa.

Excursions to the Odesa oil and fat plant were also very informative (TM “Sunny Valley”), where students had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the technology of the production of fatty products, namely mayonnaise.4nxl7QWE3gs

At the Garmash meat processing plant, students got acquainted with the processing of meat and meat products.

Ltd “GORMOLAZAVOD No. 1” surprised the students so, that in the report on familiarization practice they described it: "This enterprise is not like a small barbie house".

Introductory practice helped first-year students consolidate theoretical knowledge, which they received during the year at ONAKHT, and make sure with my own eyes, how theory is translated into practice, what to pay more attention to in further training.
