Today at the milk department, of fats and perfumery and cosmetic products on steam 4 a very interesting laboratory session was held during the course – we produced condensed milk with sugar in a laboratory vacuum evaporator. How delicious she was, that you can simply lick your fingers and is not at all different from the one produced at the enterprise! 🙂



In the educational laboratory D-111, students got acquainted with the production technology of condensed milk with sugar in great detail and evaluated the quality of the produced product.
27 September 2014 year the Open Day of the Technological Institute of the Food Industry named after. M.V. Lomonosov. The institute covers the following faculties:

Faculty of grain technology, bread products, confectionery products, compound feed and biofuel;
-
Faculty of technology and expertise of food products and perfumery and cosmetic products;
-
Faculty of wine technology, canned food and commodity science;
-
Faculty of innovative food technologies, restaurant, hotel and tourist business.



Deans of faculties were present at the meeting with applicants, who spoke in more detail about specialties and specializations. Presentations of all specialties were presented, which students of the institute study, meetings with teachers, graduates, students, tours of laboratories and computer classes, competitions.

Students 4 and 5 courses were practiced at advanced dairy enterprises of Ukraine, namely GMZ No. 1, Zhytomyr Maslozavod PJSC, "INTERFOOD" LLC (Tulchyn cheese factory), PJSC Kremenchuk City Milk Factory (Danone) and others.
GMZ No. 1 – new Odesa enterprise, clearly demonstrates the possibility of combining modern technologies and traditional rigid systems of product quality control.



"INTERFOOD" LLC (Tulchyn cheese factory) – dairy company, which is dynamically developing and is the leader of the butter market, spreads and cheese in Ukraine. There is a company a strong player in the international market, because our products are exported to 24 countries of the world. Production facilities include fifteen plants in Ukraine and one in Russia.




PJSC Kremenchuk City Milk Factory (Danone). The plant was founded back in 1929. and processed then 600 tons of milk per year. IN 2004 here, for the first time in Ukraine, the production of milk in a PET bottle was started. In 2010. the integration of Unimilk and Danone begins. And in 2011 the combined company Danon-Unimilk resumes reconstruction work within the framework of the first launch complex. Today they are working at the plant in Kremenchuk 330 employees, and the actual capacity of milk production, butter and sour milk products is 50 000 etc / year.
