Scientific and practical seminar “Innovative solutions and modern technologies in the dairy industry”
9 – 10 June 2015 year department of milk technology, of fats and perfumery and cosmetic products of the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies took part in scientific and practical seminar LLC "Chr. Hansen Ukraine" on the topic: “Innovative solutions and modern technologies in the dairy industry”. Sthe seminar took place in the hotel “Arcadia” m. Odessa. Representatives of milk processing enterprises of Ukraine also took part in the seminar. The aim of the seminar was to highlight theoretical and practical problems of the dairy industry and to find new ways to solve them. 
The seminar began 9-00 from the report Professor Chagarovsky Oleksandr Petrovych LLC "Hr. Hansen Ukraine", L.O. Karpenko, President of the Union of Dairy Enterprises of Ukraine on the topic "Current state of production of dairy products in Ukraine". 

After interesting statistical data was presented Polishchuk V.M. LLC "Hr. Hansen Ukraine" presentation on the topic: “The most effective solutions for protection against spoilage of fermented milk products, rennet cheese, cheese products, butter during long-term storage, even in case of improper transportation conditions, trade (technology of milk maturation with cultures, lysozyme Afilact, cultures of the FreshQ series, cultures BS-10, 20, 30)”.
The seminar continued with reports on the following topics:
- “New effective solutions for fresh production, pickled cheeses, Suluguni cheeses, Mozzarella, Pigtail, Yellow cheese”. Reporter: Bakalenko V. A. (LLC "Hr. Hansen Ukraine"), "Increasing output and reducing costs in the production of rennet cheese, cheese product thanks to the application of new solutions (cultures of DVS, ES, YieldMax enzymes, CHY-MАХ M). - “A new trend NOLA (lactose-free products). Special enzyme Ha-Lactase for dairy, sour milk, etc. products”. Reporter: Plotnikova R.A. LLC "Hr. Hansen Ukraine";

The first day of the seminar was completed by a boat trip.
10 In June, the seminar began with a report on the topic: “The current state of sour-milk cheese production in Ukraine and the world”. Speakers: Professor Chagarovsky O.P. LLC "Hr. Hansen Ukraine".
During the coffee break, everyone was able to taste cheese rennet and fermented milk products of domestic and foreign production and taste fruit fillings.
After that, the seminar continued with a report Krytska E.M. Head of the TU Ukrmetrtestandart Registration Department of Ukraine "Legislative news in the field of production and standardization of dairy products".
She also spoke at the seminar chief. Department of TMZhIPKZ of the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Nataliya Andriivna Tkachenko on the topic: “Technologies of bifid-containing protein dairy products”.
The following reports were also presented:
