1-2 June 2017 Association "Perfume and Cosmetics of Ukraine" held the second International forum "Cosmetics Ukraine 2017".

The main goal of the forum was to create in Ukraine a platform for business cooperation in the sector of the production of cosmetic products in new geopolitical conditions and to ensure a qualitatively new format of industry cooperation within the framework of the Eastern Partnership project.

Head of the Department of Dairy Technology, oil and fat products and cosmetics prof. Tkachenko N.A. in the section "Green cosmetics" presented the report "Use of probiotics in "living" cosmetics".

As part of the "Cosmetics Ukraine 2017" International Forum, the "Education and Career" section of the companyof the perfumery and cosmetics industry organized a competition of students' scientific works in five main areas of the industry.

Grant from the company «Astra Cosmetic» received a master's degree in the first year of study at the Department of Dairy Technology, oil and fat products and cosmetics Thrush Elizaveta for the scientific work "Use of hydrolyzed whey proteins in face powder with anti-age properties" under the scientific supervision of Assoc..
