The presenter of the webinar was Christine Grabler (Christine Grabler) – expert in food technology, data processing manager. I revealed the topic of the webinar for listeners – Christina L. Silva (Cristina L.M. Silva) – Professor of the College of Biotechnology of the Catholic University of Portugal.
