During September-October 2014 year, our department was actively engaged in career guidance work. She constantly attended established Odesa city schools until the Open Door Day, namely: assistants Olga Oleksandrivna Kurenkova and Evgeny Oleksandrovych Kotlyar visited school #122; Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor of the department Nataliya Andriivna Tkachenko visited gymnasium No. 5 with an interesting lecture. In addition, students 4 course together with an assistant Kurenkova O.O. you way. Dean of the Faculty of TiEHPtaPKZ Chabanova O.B. took part in the Cooking Competition "Barbecue" (18.10.2014p.) with invited students from school #27 and students of the Mechanical and Technological Technical College of the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies.

This is a large-scale event, which covers all segments of the laboratory industry – industry, scientific research, and also includes a meaningful scientific-practical and business program on the most important and topical issues.

24 October assistant of the department of milk technology, fats and perfumery and cosmetic products Olga Oleksandrivna Kurenkova visited the city of Reni with career orientation work. Career orientation event – Action “A graduate” organized by the Reniya District Employment Center, which took place in the city center of children's creativity. The students were present at the event 9-11 classes of city and district schools. Educational institutions presented their professions and fields of study, using modern multimedia tools, video presentations and printed materials. Representatives of Odesa National Academy of Food technologies, Odessa State Academy of Construction and Architecture, Odesa State Academy of Communications named after. O.S. Popova, Odessa National Maritime University, Izmail State Humanitarian University, Ishmael Institute of Water Transport, Izmail Higher Vocational School not only gave advice to schoolchildren on choosing a profession, but they also talked in detail about all the advantages of studying at their educational institution, namely: availability of budget seats, contract training, living conditions in the dormitory and employment opportunities after graduation.
