International webinar!
Teachers of the Department of Dairy Technology, oil and fat products and cosmetics prof. Tkachenko N.A., Assoc. Dec N.O., Assoc. Kruček O.A., assistant. Lanzhenko L.O. 24.10.17 p. took part in to the EuFooD-STA international webinar “Integrative predictive modeling for food safety and quality – Tools and applications” (“Integrative modeling of food safety and quality – tools and applications”).
The presenter of the webinar was Christine Grabler (Christine Grabler) – expert in food technology, data processing manager. I revealed the topic of the webinar for listeners – Christina L. Silva (Cristina L.M. Silva) – Professor of the College of Biotechnology of the Catholic University of Portugal.
Curator's hour is open
Open curatorial hour, dedicated Day of the Ukrainian Cossacks and Defender of the Fatherland conducted 18.10.2017 students 1-3 courses of our faculty. Senior curator Drozdov O.I. mobilized all our talented youth for its implementation. Students decorated the auditorium with the Flag of Ukraine, Cossack household items, published holiday newspapers and wrote poems for the holiday themselves, and even set the table with traditional Cossack dishes.

QUEST-TIME
On a sunny autumn day, in the cozy courtyard of the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies 14 October 2017 p., a career orientation event took place − "Quest" with students of schools in the cities of Odessa, Black Sea and Odesa regions. Faculty technology and commodity science of food products and food business invited the guests to feel and guess different aromas. They received points for correct answers.

01.10.2017 year the traditional took place Tourist crossing the health route along the seashore to the Day of Education Workers, organized by the department of physical culture and sports and the management of the academy.
