ODESSA SMART FORUM

bea1222c8527-29 April 2016 year took place XII ALL-UKRAINIAN SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE OF STUDENTS OF THE DEPARTMENT "FOOD TECHNOLOGIES" within «ODESSA SMART FORUM»

≡ DIRECTIONS OF WORK OF THE CONFERENCE ≡

  • Progressive technologies for processing agricultural raw materials into food products; technological aspects of the production of food products for medical and health purposes and perfumery and cosmetic products.
  • Prospects for the creation of advanced equipment for processing and food industries.
  • Commodity evaluation and research of quality and safety of food products.
  • Actual problems of economics and management in catering and processing industry.

3Department of milk technology, of fats and perfumery and cosmetic products was presented with a report in English by a graduate student, assistant of the department Olga Oleksandrivna Kurenkova and graduate student Bakalenko Vitaly Anatoliyovych. The presentation was on the topic: “Technologacal aspects of yougurt production” (Technological aspects of yogurt production”).

Odessa was visited by leading Ukrainian specialists in various fields of knowledge, who spoke about their vision of the development of science and technology in Ukraine in the context of world trends. Invited is active, thinking young people from all regions of the country to participate in specialized scientific conferences, workshops and master classes.
The mission of the Odessa Smart Forum – promoting the development of the potential of young scientists and the revival of Odessa as an academic center of Ukraine.
Forum, except for university conferences, included in himself:
-the Opening ceremony in the art center named after. Vira Kholodnaya (Odesa film studio), within the framework of which an open lecture "Three views on the topic" Globalization and localization was held: challenges and opportunities";5

-a block of 7 master classes, where participants were able to gain additional knowledge about conflict of interest management, basics of public speaking, opportunities for internships for young scientists abroad, etc.;

– Science Slam, where five young scientists gathered on stage, to for 10 minutes to tell the audience about their scientific achievements in an interesting and affordable way.


76-I scientific conference "Scientific and pedagogical staff of the academy"

18-22 April 2016 year took place 76-I scientific conference "Scientific and pedagogical staff of the academy" with the participation of employees of other specialized universities of Ukraine and enterprises. Worked as part of the conference 22 sections and 20 subsections, done 452 scientific reports, of which 326 oral and manufactured 51 poster.
In all sections, the discussion of the reports took place with high activity of the listeners, specific decisions and recommendations were made. Active participation, together with teachers, post-graduate students took part in the work of the sections, masters and students.

4. Determination of alpha-bitter acids and bitter substances in hop extracts using sensitized luminescence of Tb ions (III). prof. Beltyukova S.V., horse. Cherednychenko E.V.

5. Research on the possibility of managing the composition of surface-active substances at the final stage of sparkling wine production. horse. Drevova S.S., Assoc. Tkachenko O.B.

26. Mathematical modeling of the fatty acid composition of spreads. prof. Tkachenko N.A., horse. Kurenkova O.O.
According to the regulations of the conference before the plenary session 22 April 2016. a scientific poster session was held, at which the problems of the industry and possible ways to overcome them were discussed in an open discussion mode. From the department of milk technology, of fats and perfumery and cosmetic products, two posters were presented:

1. Soft cheese with probiotic properties. prof. Tkachenko N.A., food. Skrypnichenko D.M.

2. Low-calorie mayonnaise, enriched with a complex of synbiotics. prof. Tkachenko N.A., Makovska T.V.

The competition commission has determined the best posters, the authors of which were awarded diplomas of I, II and III degrees.

Congratulations to the assistants of the Department of Milk Technology, fats and perfumery and cosmetic products Lyubov Oleksandrivna Lanzhenko and Ukraintseva Yulia Sergiivna with a successful defense candidate theses, which took place 13 April 2016 of the year at the meeting of the specialized scientific council D41.088.02 in the Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies at the address: 65039, m. Odesa, St. Rope, 112 (aud. A-234).

The subject of the candidate's thesis is Lyubov Oleksandrivna Lanzhenko: “Development of the technology of functional hard cheese”, and the topic of the candidate's thesis of Ukrantseva Yulia Serhiyivna: “Technology of protein pastes for baby food”.
