Studying the technology of melted cheese

The melted cheeses are a product, made from different rennet cheeses for melting, cheese, butter, other dairy products by their heat treatment with the addition of melt salts. Correct selection. Visiting the scientific library by students 4 course of our department

13.11.2014 year students 4 attended the course educational library Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies for an analytical review of literature and periodicals. 1Research work of students (NDRS) is a mandatory component of the training of highly qualified specialists, capable, creatively, to apply the achievements of scientific, technical and cultural progress in their work. Spending personal time, the student develops such important qualities for the future researcher, as creative thinking, responsibility and the ability to defend one's own point of view. The scientific and research activity of students realized in the complex ensures the solution of such tasks: formation of students' scientific outlook, mastering the methodology and methods of scientific research; providing assistance to them in accelerated mastering of the specialty; 2development of creative thinking and individual abilities in solving practical tasks; initiative development, ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical work; involvement of the most capable students in solving scientific problems, which are essential for science and practice; constant updating and improvement of one's knowledge; expansion of the theoretical horizons and scientific erudition of the future specialist, etc. Research work of students should be directed to the development of the system of intellectual creative qualities of the individual: intuition (direct vision of the essence of things without justification); creativity (creative) thinking (the ability to produce new ideas, hypotheses, methods of solving problematic problems); creative imagination (independent creation of new images, which are realized in the original results of activity); 3divergence of thinking (the ability to propose several approaches to solving a problem and change them, see problems, objects in different angles); originality of thinking (the originality of the qualities of the mind, way of mental activity); associative thinking (the ability to use associations, in t. h. analogies). The unity of educational goals and directions is characteristic of students' research work, scientific and educational work, close interaction of all forms and methods of work, which is implemented in the educational process and in extracurricular time. This ensures their continuous participation in scientific activities during the period of study.

Choosing a profession is choosing a life path, choosing the field of application of one's forces, knowledge and skills. And with it, the corresponding work and community of people, united by it. Choose a profession – means to choose a way of mastering a certain system of knowledge and practical skills, the way to realize your abilities, natural slopes, other personal qualities and their further formation in the process of education and work.

112 November 2014 year in the city. A career orientation event was organized by the Berezivka district employment center in Odesa region. The event took place in the assembly hall of the city school in Berezivka. To help young people find their way in choosing a professional direction, familiarize with the network of educational institutions and educational programs, provide comprehensive and up-to-date information about professions, that are in demand on the labor market, to encourage obtaining those professions, in which there is a need in the region, to form an active position in life and a positive attitude towards one's future - this was the goal set by the organizers of the fair. 2

On this day, the doors were hospitably opened for graduates of grades 9-11 3 schools of Berezhivka and their parents. Representatives 5 higher educational institutions of the region (Odessa National Medical University, South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after. K.D. Ushinsky, Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies, Odessa State Agrarian University, Odesa State Academy of Construction and Architecture) told high school students about directions and specialties, according to which specialists are trained.

4The representatives of our academy were assistant professors of the department of milk technology, fats and perfumery and cosmetic products Olga Oleksandrivna Kurenkova and the engineer of the faculty of low-temperature engineering and technology Chaika Kostyantyn Oleksiyovych.

Close 200 graduates had the opportunity to receive complete information about admission to any of the presented educational institutions, and also watch presentation video materials about the conditions of study in them. 3The reviews of graduates and their parents testify, that all participants were satisfied with the event, who helped them make sure, what, choosing a profession, you must take into account the needs of the labor market and your inclinations, abilities.

Participation in a career orientation campaign “Palette of professions” (town. Kazanka)-07.11.2014

1Career guidance work with student youth is one of the priority directions in the work of our academy and the department in particular. The tasks of career guidance among students are significant: from the most distant tasks – making a conscious decision when choosing a profession, to the nearest – familiarization with the content of work of the chosen profession, requirements of the profession to the worker, a list of professions, which are in demand on the regional labor market. Currently, work with young people is extremely necessary, which will give a positive result in the future. 2

Kazankivskyi district employment center in the village of. Kazanka of the Mykolaiv region was organized 7 November career orientation event “Palette of professions” in the city's House of Culture, in which the Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies and the National Pharmaceutical University of Kharkiv took part. Our academy was presented by the assistant of the department of milk technology, oils and perfumery and cosmetic products Kurenkova Olha Oleksandrivna and head. laboratories of the Department of Grain Storage Technology Andrasovych Denys Volodymyrovych.

Job fair – this is a specialized event, where employers and students/graduates can meet each other. photo_6Employers represent their companies, vacancies, internship programs or youth recruitment programs, form an employer brand among visitors. Students and graduates have the opportunity to leave their CV, learn about the requirements for candidates, make an appointment for an interview. who will be able to find talented and promising personnel for cooperation, monitor expectations, wishes and problems of employment among students and graduates and convey their wishes to future employees. In turn, students and graduates were able to learn more about simple ways to find a job, requirements of employers, rules of conduct at interviews and finding the job of your dreams.
