76-I scientific conference "Scientific and pedagogical staff of the academy"
18-22 April 2016 year took place 76-I scientific conference "Scientific and pedagogical staff of the academy" with the participation of employees of other specialized universities of Ukraine and enterprises. Worked as part of the conference 22 sections and 20 subsections, done 452 scientific reports, of which 326 oral and manufactured 51 poster.
In all sections, the discussion of the reports took place with high activity of the listeners, specific decisions and recommendations were made. Active participation, together with teachers, post-graduate students took part in the work of the sections, masters and students.
19 April 2016 year a meeting was held section “Chemistry and technology of food products” to the auditorium. B-210, at which it was presented 6 Reports:

5. Research on the possibility of managing the composition of surface-active substances at the final stage of sparkling wine production. horse. Drevova S.S., Assoc. Tkachenko O.B.
6. Mathematical modeling of the fatty acid composition of spreads. prof. Tkachenko N.A., horse. Kurenkova O.O.
According to the regulations of the conference before the plenary session 22 April 2016. a scientific poster session was held, at which the problems of the industry and possible ways to overcome them were discussed in an open discussion mode. From the department of milk technology, of fats and perfumery and cosmetic products, two posters were presented:

2. Low-calorie mayonnaise, enriched with a complex of synbiotics. prof. Tkachenko N.A., Makovska T.V.
The competition commission has determined the best posters, the authors of which were awarded diplomas of I, II and III degrees.
